Shipping Policy

We deliver across Kenya within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Shipping fees may vary based on size, weight, and destination, and will be calculated at checkout.

Nairobi & Major Towns: 1–2 days delivery
Other Regions: 2–3 days delivery
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items within Nairobi (place your order before 12:00 PM)

We work with trusted courier services including Fargo Courier, G4S, and Sendy to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order by logging into your Swift Trade Kenya account.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products such as perishables, personal care items, and digital downloads are not eligible for return. Please read the product description carefully before purchase.
