Return & Refund Policy – Swift Trade Kenya

Overview

We want you to shop with confidence at Swift Trade Kenya. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (if used/opened)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us directly for return instructions.

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or games
  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns requested after 30 days

Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, we’ll issue the refund to them.
